The Sculptural Edit

The sculptural edit reflects a design methodology in which form is created through making rather than applied as surface decoration. Pieces evolve directly on the stand, with material manipulated, folded, twisted and layered until structure and balance are resolved. The result is millinery that feels intentional, dimensional and refined.

Crin is often built in sweeping or interwoven constructions over disciplined base shapes, sometimes combining tonal variations to create depth and subtle contrast. Silk abaca and sinamay are draped and twisted into turbans and cloches where simplicity conceals technical control. Luxurious felt is sculpted and folded into trilbies and tailored silhouettes, shaped softly rather than rigidly blocked to sit more naturally with contemporary clothing.

The emphasis throughout is proportion and face-flattering line. Sculptural does not imply excess; it signals authorship and control of form.
