Product Information
We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur.

Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item from us.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we dispatch the item or otherwise confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, product information or stock availability, or if we are unable to process payment.
You must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact details when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract and are at least 18 years old.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Product prices do not include delivery charges unless expressly stated. Delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and/or our payment providers. We do not store full credit or debit card details.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
For international orders, import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Where available, we aim to ship international orders Delivered Duty Paid, meaning that duties and import taxes are collected or paid in advance where possible.
Where duties and taxes cannot be collected or prepaid, the order may be shipped Delivered At Place. In this case, import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier fees may be payable by the recipient before delivery.
Customs authorities or carriers may contact the recipient for information needed to clear the parcel. Any additional charges imposed by local customs, tax authorities or carriers remain the responsibility of the recipient.
If a delivery is refused because duties, taxes or customs charges have not been paid, any return shipping costs, customs charges or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any refund due.
Shopify describes DDP as the seller taking responsibility for import costs, while DAP may leave charges payable by the customer on delivery. Shopify also notes that if duties are collected at checkout, DDP shipping labels should be used to avoid the customer being charged again.
Delivery
Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, courier delays, weather, local delivery conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
Some deliveries may require a signature. We do not usually deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Bespoke, Customised and Made-to-Order Pieces
Bespoke, customised, personalised, altered, specially commissioned or made-to-measure pieces cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded once work has begun, unless they are faulty or not as described.
This includes pieces made in a custom colour, custom size, custom fabric, with special adaptations, or to a customer’s specific requirements.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customer Accounts
You may choose to create an account on our website, but this is not required to place an order.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We do not store full credit or debit card details in customer accounts.
Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases made through this website are made directly with Nerida Fraiman.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales contract between you and Nerida Fraiman, including any issue arising from products purchased through this website.
