We are a small artisan atelier and are unable to offer returns and refunds on any customised or bespoke orders.
Delivery & Returns
You may return a ready to ship or stock item within 5 working days of receiving it. As we only have one of each piece in stock, we would be extremely grateful if you could contact us within 24 hours. Once you have notified us that you wish to return your order, you have a further 7 working days to return it to us. Before sending anything back, we will confirm whether the item is eligible for return and provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Items must be returned unused, unworn and undamaged in their original packaging, with any labels or tags still attached. We cannot accept returns that show any signs of wear, makeup marks, perfume, scent, damage or handling. Goods must be packaged carefully for return in their original packaging to protect them in transit.

The client is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the item is faulty or not as described. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Please keep proof of postage!
Once we have received and inspected your item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be made via your original payment method.
We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Where required by law, we will refund the standard outbound delivery charge. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express, special or upgraded delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been worn or damaged.
Personalised, altered and specially commissioned pieces cannot be returned or refunded. This includes pieces made in a custom colour, size or fabric. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. If an item is faulty or not as described, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your statutory rights. Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, accident, alterations by the customer, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a fault.
